  1. I picked up a 12'er of Newcastles last week at Wally World of all places. I love that ale. It'll take me months to finish it off 'cause I don't drink much anymore but it's comforting knowing its in the fridge.

Used to be all you saw on grocery shelves was the usual suspects: Bud, Coors, Miller, maybe Pabst or Schlitz or something. Now the shelves are lined w/ designer ales and micro brewed stuff. Most of it tastes like crap but there's a few gems hidden in there.
  2. 1 mini donkey, 1 standard donkey, 1 mini mule, 2 ponies, 1 riding mare, too many goats, chickens, gineas, 1 dog, 1 redtail hawk, 1 ferret and some cats I don't claim at all.
  3. About to call it a night... want to get an early jump on groceries, cooking, and AD's tomorrow. :)

(Looking at a couple lots of those blades being 'blind' tested across multiple forums. I'd like to get hold of a pack of those Super Blue blades fom way back when to give a try.)
  4. Haven't really had a chance to look into it. Really have been too busy for one person lately.
  5. Yep. I'm about done too. Now all of you need to show up about 6 hours earlier tomorrow than you did today. It got right lonely in here for awhile. Just me and the tumbleweeds....and Tracy.

    Night all.
  6. Well at least I ranked as high as the tumble weeds.
  7. I've got most of a bottle of Hendricks right now (which is really good, but expensive) that I bought about 9 months ago after a really long and successful week.

Usually, though, I like Tanqueray straight up or in a martini.
  8. Night, Shep.

That's okay Tracy. There's a reason Shep doesn't have any friends.
  9. I am a gin fan as well but I usually go for a gin and tonic. I am really getting into scotch and even some bourbon's.
  10. Haven't really done too much scotch. I do like some bourbons, though.

What gin do you like? I don't have gin and tonic often, but prefer Bombay Sapphire when making a G&T.
  11. From Gio at Razor and Brush:

What's your fav? Right now I'm drinking Sol. I love it, smoother than Corona (don't need a lime) and cheaper by about $10/case. I also really like Xingu from Brazil. A very dark beer, on par with Guiness (for darkness in color and opaqueness only). Very yummy with some nutty and coffee undertones...

Good night to everyone who's left for bed. Got caught up catching up on Lie to Me with SWMBO while polishing a straight I have on the b/s/t at SRP...

  12. I usually go for the Tangueray for the G&T and I like bombay sapphire on the rocks.

My current bourbon favorite is Makers Mark. It is relatively cheap but very tasty. I like it straight or mixed.
  13. I hadn't seen that. Great now that means I am going to love these blades in the slant and they will stop making them.
  14. Night Night

Nice... Here that Matt she got GOATS..... I want to raise some chickens..love yard eggs.

Makers mark is nice.. I like gentleman Jack too. But usually just drink the good ole Beam.

    Fuzzy
  15. Do not like Gin. No way. Bourbon is eh, not a fan either. Scotch, Irish, Canadian or American Whiskey - no thank you.

I enjoy Vodka, Rum, and my all time fav - Tequila. I am a huge Tequila fan. Loves me my Tequila.... ::
  16. Between the oncoming cold, the oncoming viral cold, etc... I think I am going to head in earlier. see ya tomorrow.
  17. sorry man, didn't mean to burst your bubble....of course you can always order a case from Paul if he doesn't have the restriction. And if he doesn't have a restriction, then I may check them out too. From what I recall on the B, they're supposedly the end-all be-all of DE blades. All that and a bag of chips. Which translates into "They'll suck for Matt"
goats...I wonder what kind of eatin' they are? Probably along the lines of lamb...fresh chickens, too...nom nom nom

I do like the ocassional nip of the Gentleman Jack.
  18. night night.....

    Fuzzy
