A friend bought a bottle of Beam a couple years back and shared it with me. Neither of us liked it. I do like Jack. I can't stand vodka, rum, or tequila. I will drink vodka in a Bloody Mary on occasion, but other than that, I won't touch the stuff.
I know there is a goat festival somewhere in Texas every year. Never had any but suppose to be ok BBQ. Cabrito i think they call it. But that is prolly spelled wrong. Fuzzy
Haha...that figures. I usually do drink vodka mixed in something like a Bloody Mary. But sometimes a straight shot (pulled from the freezer) is what's called for. Not very often though....
Goodnight, Justin. Get better soon. Goat curry is great stuff, Fuzzy. Haha. It does. I've noticed that the people that like gin tend to like things like scotch and bourbon as well. Every rum drinker I know is also a vodka drinker.
Ok here are the goods Kostrizer black beer Alaskan barley wine Achel Bruin Orval Trappist ale Westmalle Dubbel Ninkasi oatis stout Alaskan smoked porter Old engine oil black ale, can you tell I like dark beer?
I was just thinking that. I haven't seen him post lately and was wondering if everything was alright. Also, anyone know what's up with Rolls?
Of that list, I've only had the Orval Trappist Ale. It was a couple years ago, but I remember iit being really good. What's your favorite on that list?
Kostrizer black beer some of the others I have to be in the mood for, this one I can drink when ever. It also happens to be the cheapest of the bunch.
I can't say I've ever heard of any of those, much less tried any. I'll have to write them down. I may have to make a run down to MD to pick up some sixers. Can only buy by the case here in PA, or a very, very limited selection of sixers at a sub shop or something (bud, coors). Have you tried Xingu, Bong? You may like it if you like the dark beers.
The Orval is one that is supposedly better the older it gets, I have some in the fridge that's 9 months old. Don't know how it survived that long without getting opened
Yeah I have had my fare share, there is a really good sushi place right on my bus route that has a great happy hour, Sushi and beer is on the happy hour menu, I try not to go too much though.
mmm...sushi....been a while.... stupid, I know, but what is sushimi? I've heard of it, but not quite sure what it is...
Not sure where he is... reckon his wife would let us in? Might have to camp under the tree in the back yard. :happy070 Never had Curry.. of any kind. hummmm Fuzzy
I am jealous that most of you guys have access to sushi places like that. If I want it I have to either have it shipped in or drive 6 hours to Denver to get it.
