He was just as good as any of the other chefs, but still....The really funny thing is that the week before we went to a Mexican restaurant and had an American waitress...

Yeah, I got it from Tad, he's in Portland so only took a day to get here. It's in great shape, the nick on it is nothing, plus it's near the end of the strop. Great workmanship on the thing. You should be pleased.

Per piece it is, but the pieces of fish are usually quite a bit bigger than the fish that's on nigiri sushi. At least at the places where I go.

Around here, the Indian places are staffed by Indians, Korean places by Koreans, Brazilian places by Brazilians, Lebanese places by Lebanese, etc., etc.. There are a lot of different ethnic groups in Boston.
