    Razor - Fatip Grande
    Blade - Gillette 7 o'clock Yellow (1)
    Brush - Bluebeard Doubloon
    Soap - TOBS Peppermint
    Post - Dior Sauvage

    Another 2.5 passes yields yet another DFS! These blades on their first use are wonderfully sharp, yet they are wonderfully smooth.
    I think that I am getting to the point where I have the shaving angle with the Fatip locked down... I certainly have the results I am looking for on my cheeks, neck and most of my chin. The area that is going to take the work is my jawline. I must add that I have not been doing any blade buffing/cleanup passes. I am irritation free and my face feels smooth and comfortable. There was one small weeper that sealed with a cold water rinse!

    Great progress James. I open my mouth when I am shaving my jawline on the pass from my ear to mouth. That way the jawline is on a flat area and easier to shave.

    I didn't find the FaTip too be nearly as aggressive as most people describe it. Efficiency on the other hand it's a totally different trait!

    I do have the 70/30 and if you want u little scritch it's a great knot. In all honesty though I really prefer the SHD. Seriously this knot performs better then my Paladins.

    Thank you Jason. The Duke 3 has a 23mm x 51mm knot where the CH2 synthetic has a 27mm x 50mm knot. The CH2 synthetic has a much denser knot as well.
