I have not tried the yellows but to me Nacets are about as sharp as Russian steel gets! Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk

Arko Adjustable April April 5 Razor - 1972 (S2) Gillette Super Adjustable (Black Beauty) (9) Blade - (2) Soap - Arko Brush - Jayaruh #230 Post - Alum Ten days until Tax Day! Ah, that's not important. What is important is that today is the second shave with the Black Beauty Gillette and Rapira PL blade. Arko for the win with the JR230. This is one of my smallest brushes but does a fantastic job. And it looks cool too. It loads so fast I'm not sure how long it would take it to use up all of the Arko in the mug, but longer than I imagine, probably. Two passes, then a partial third to touch up and get everything to a near-BBS. That's a fine finish for tonight. And a nice way to head into the weekend. I'm not sure how my "weekends" will work yet but I'm confident Saturday will not usually be a part of them. Too much money to be earned on a busy day and night. Hope you all have a great two days - weekend or no!
5 April, MMXIX A.D. Arko April Detour Pseudo-No Shave Day and Musical Interlude Fatip Grande Generic Kroger DE Blade Dial Antibacterial Liquid Soap $300 Today, I shaved my left shoulder and chest for the last time. 67.5 hours in the chair and six years later, we're done with the tattoos. One continuous sleeve and chest of highly detailed and full color "Neo-Yakuza-What-the-Heck-was-I-Thinking-at-38?" commissioned to a singular artist. Just got done, and honestly, I am relieved it's over and happy with the outcome, with the fair caveat that I wouldn't do that again. But, this is a à shaving thread and I digress... No Shave Day otherwise, though Veg may have been applied to face and scalp. As for me, just soaking up the endorphin afterglow. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado. Have a great evening and a most pleasant weekend!
Great looking setup, Neal! And best wishes for being run off your feet (or tires) keeping up with the money-making calls tomorrow!
Thank you, sir! Since it's the internet.... I'd be willing to let you see via PM after it heals, but won't publish that photo on an open board. Guys from meet-up can verify it's a real thing.
imo, the nacet blades are one of the best out there.smooth ,sharp and long lasting..just from my experience of course..
Another reason to come to meet up! See Bama's rockin' tat! That's worth the plane ticket right there!!
Another April day driving my Chevette around. Loaded up half a Big Ben. These were leftover from the sample blade pack I got when I started. They have never impressed me, but I am sure that most uses were when I was developing my skill set, so I probably didn't impress them either. Went with Stirling Dunshire today. Something I had not noticed before was a similarity to my fav Stirling for Him. I'm gonna go back and forth a couple of times to further educate myself. I kinda did this with Stirling Blu. I recall a negative review on the Stirling website where the comment was that SfH was merely Stirling Blu relabeled, nah! Run of the mill Stirling lather.... Awesome! As always. These boar brushes really can churn up a lather. Glad I got one. The Big Ben is a capable blade, I thought that a third use GSB topped this new. One could get more shaving with it but for me it's a one and done. Next up probably Astra. Smeared on some Lucky Tiger Face tonic. Nice stuff that somebody here at TSD recommended saying I'd thank him later. I don't remember who it was, but, Thank You! Topped it off with Dunshire A/S. Smell good - Long time. I really do like this Focus R21 Shavette. I tried to get a photo that shows the recessed blade and corner guards. I have not tried another shavette and not sure I will. Shave free. Max Headroom reporting.
Jedi status, attained. I've tried a few DE shavettes and while mass makes some difference, there's not much variance.
If you think the nacets are interesting, you should see the gillettes we get here, gillette minoras! Sent from my Redmi S2 using Tapatalk
