    Hemingway Accoutrements~~Morris & Forndran Beehive 2~~Dovo 91
    SR #56
As you can see from the photo, I broke down and with a $10 coupon and a newly lowered price,
I picked up a bottle of the Hemingway Accoutrements Shave Tonic.

This is a 200ml bottle. The container has a screw-on lid and a removable plug underneath.
The scent is almost a perfect match for the shave crème and leaves the skin feeling
    moisturized and well-nourished.
The Crème, itself, is a replacement tub. The original developed some granules and it was
    kindly exchanged by the company.
Today, the product, which is very soft, loaded and morphed into a very wet and protective lather.

I am going heavy on the H2O lately, and the results, while messier, are more satisfying.
Certainly, slickness has been vastly improved. :happy088::happy088:
The Dovo 91 is an easy razor to hold. My fingers still slide towards the shank when stropping.

Honestly, I am not sure why this happens only on some and not all of my straights :signs002:
Nevertheless, at the great risk of encroaching on "taboo" country, I stropped without issue. :scared003:
Nice, DFS shave and man, am I smelling like a famous author right now.
Composing this post like one too!

    FLASH!!!!!!
SWMBO just gave the Hemingway her "Seal of Approval"

Joseph, great shave and pic! Also, Keeping the Glastonbury is a smart move. I just got the Glastonbury in my latest shipment. I will try it out this week! I have taken a whiff of it and it smells fine. It isn't overpowering! I am surprised that this soap didn't provide the usual Stirling performance for you.

If there ever is a Shakespeare aftershave or shave soap, I'll describe my shaves using some of his famous quotes! Course Doc Ezlovan has already provided that challenge with his Ben Franklin soap and A.S(plus other goodies)at Stoylin.

Danny, a badger knot is always a good choice. However, I can see a tuxedo synthetic giving a nice contrast for a different look. It's your handle so I know you will get a handle on the best choice for you!

Thanks, Joe. I am going to revisit the Glastonbury a few times this week and use more H2O.
