  1. Jason, nice shave! I am relatively new to soap scents. I feel if you like a scent, then wear it regardless of the season. However, I would be careful of certain scents that may attract bugs. Moreover, I would only use "holiday" scents like pumpkin spice or apple cider, etc. during the appropriate time of the year.

  2. Edison Carter never takes responsibility for some of the ridiculous things that wind up coming thru his portal.
The ever difficult to figure out cyber alterego Max Headroom is most likely the culprit.

  3. Sounds like a rough season, my friend. Praying for you and yours. I'm glad you are able to be there for them and spend the time with them.

  12. Well just over 450 post to go and I'm caught up, again.
Getting home this morning from the ER after spending over 8 hours there, I decided not to shave today. Seems this cold I have had for weeks is taking its toll. But I'm breathing better and think I'm moving foward. Life is better here and the weather is getting warmer.
I'm a big fan of pictures and I have none of the shave that didn't happen today. True to form, I'll leave with a picture of some more shaving paraphernalia I gathered in the last couple weeks.

I've been struggling with colds and flu the last 2 months, but I think things will get better if this ends well.
Shave scheduled Monday morning, first thing.
and, a good cup a coffee!

    To all
    Enjoy

  14. Had a eye exam recently. Got two new pair of eyes 1) Standard progressive and 2) Lined bifocal w/extra close up power and straight ahead midrange correction good to about 6', then up high (no line) it moves to zero correction.

Since I need to have good visual on moving objects reasonably close at work, I found my eyes unable to adjust as quickly as my moving eye scanning.

I manage to shave without glasses so far.

  17. In shaving news, I'm back to the straights today with my new GD Coattails Redux soap. Despite only a DFS on the neck, it was a good, clean shave and the soap and fragrance absolutely did not disappoint! Neither did the fragrance of "Laundry" in donkey milk and mutton tallow. This awesome experience forced a choice between these new items and the donkey milk soaps (virtually unused). Need some WK? Check the BST. This morning's shave kicked off a series of events which ended in me posting a massive pre-shavey den clearing in the BST. Coincidentally, if you want a sneak peek at the shavey award prizes, it consists of whatever's left when I shut down the thread and/or delete items from it. If a bunch of stuff sells, it'll force me to clear out more software, thus helping my marriage and making me a household hero. OK, maybe not, but it sounded good. Either way, I've gotta be prepared if @clint64 starts Sunday happy hour anywhere near a computer screen. Anyway, 30DC pricing may be available for some items if you are dying to try something. Happy Sunday gentlemen.
  18. Shavettes are becomming quite the thing in your den there Danny.

That's $9 you'll never see again, Danny. Apparently your happy hour started before Clint's ;). If it didn't, I'd use that excuse anyway:).
