Man, I can't win for losing.... The b/s/t got flooded with Slims, so I let mine drop back a few pages. Wishoot put one on yesterday and sold almost immediately. WTF? I bumped my and dropped the price to $25....
...oh, and I'll be back....again....hopefully....well, for me anyway....most of ya'll didn't miss me, so it's not like you'll know anyway....but that's okay....and stuff or something
They have been sitting in the kitchen sink for 2 weeks, just about done aging. I will get them right out.
Ferrets are alot of fun really. If you want a pet that lays in your lap and does nuthin I advise you to get a cat. Ferrets are curious, active, and have to explore everything. I do NOT reccomend a ferret for homes with small children. Ferrets can and do nip and can downright BITE when they wanna. Can always drop me a PM for more info.
Matt, I have noticed that certain folks have that special luck. Dont think it you but some people have that knack. Rodd and Bronco sell stuff as soon as they list it. I only have the 1 NB lot that didnt sell. If I didnt have one i would buy it Ebay might be the final option and probably pull in more $$$. If you dont have acct someone else can sell it for you. Good pics bring a premium
yeah, I'm really trying to avoid eBay. The way my luck is, it'll only sell for $5, then they'll turn around and flip it here for $40. when I couldn't sell it for $30.... Plus I'd rather see it go to a forum member who will use and enjoy it. I may put them up over at SRP. I've sold a straight over there already, with a nibble on another one....
I have a funny story that related to this. About 4 years ago I had went bird hunting and we were quite successful. Cleaned the birds and came home. Put all of my hunting gear away for the season etc, etc. Didn't hunt the next year because my son was born and just didn't have time. After about 18 months had passed and the wife went down to the cedar closet in the basement to switch out summer and winter clothes. She comes to me and says, something is stinky in the closet. So I go down there thinking the wife is making a big deal out of nothing. WRONG. I had forgot to clean 1 pheasant 18 months ago and it was still in my hunting vest. Surprisingly it didn't smell as bad as you would think and it was limp. Rhigamortis must only be temporary because this thing was as floppy as the day I shot it.
Rigormortis only lasts about 48 hours I believe. It was probably quite dehydrated, so that's why it didn't stink as bad. Had you found it after only a few weeks or a month or two, it would have gagged you with the stench... I think I hear the dinner bell....see you all in a bit.
Sorry peeps. Got sidetracked there after my first post. You'd think these people would understand by now that I just don't care anymore! Just sign my transfer orders and call it good. Sheesh. Anyhoo, I say again. Whad up dogz?
