  1. Buncha turds. They left me high and dry yesterday too.
  2. Cool... when is dinner?

Well I am back in for a bit... have some plans for later on.. picked up the rommie from work and he ask me to take him to the bank to cash his fed tax check.. so that took a bit,

See I did not miss too much.. Jim ran off and stuff... and Haint prolly stole a boot by now.

    Fuzzy
  3. Hello, hello.
  4. Yeah... I'm looking to get a good inexpensive shotgun and all my research is pointing me towards a Remington 870 or Mossberg 500. I haven't actually handled either yet, but will visit a couple local gun shops in the near future to feel them out.
  5. I am heading home from work. Will check in later.
  6. The 870 has been around forever. A good, durable moderately priced shotgun perfect for new guy and experienced hunter alike. Can't miss w/ that one. :happy088
  7. Howdy Howdy

I have both.. 870 much smoother action.. much better hunting weapon. my mossberg has a 18.5 on it and is my home defense weapon.

  8. Shep's got it right!
  9. *sends Haint over to swipe Bunny's socks*
  10. That is why I want a shot gun: home defense. Maybe I can use it for hunting sometime, but self defense is the primary reason for now. I'll probably buy soon before Obama makes it difficult to purchase.
  11. Shep,
whats going to be the AS of the week next week? Any hints?
  12. Thanks Mr Eagle, Ms Blackwolf and Mr Bunny. It looks like I can't go wrong with the 870.
  13. I wouldn't worry about that too much. Shotguns are rarely on the chopping block when it comes to gun control legislation. They are too ingrained in American culture and politicians are afraid to ban them. I'm talking hunting type shotguns here, not tactical, sawed-off or otherwise illegal weapons.
  14. I'll be back later. Gonna make some dinner.
  15. It's time for Alt Inns. I used up the sample you sent and want to get the review up before it fades from memory.
  16. Cool. The stuff is pretty mentholated and maybe will get more love than the MR.
  17. Obama/Democrats won't try to ban shotguns (for now), but they can try make it more of a PITA to procure one. That's all I'll say about that in this non-political thread though.

    Obama sucks!
  18. I'll chime in on that one. I'm still sparingly using the sample from Shawn...Bong? I can't remember who gave it to me. I really dig it, although my wife isn't a fan. I don't think she likes the tobacco leaf oil base scents (AI, Tabac...any others?)
  19. Epic multiquotificationness:

Hello, Ryan. Nice to see you here again.

    Mmmm. Dinner.

Yup. Congrats, Matt. So what did you buy? And what do you have coming from Paul? And which brush is softer and more pillow like? The QED or the Shavemac?

    Great minds think alike.

Smelled it at the T&H in Chicago when I was there last year. I remember really liking the scent. Don't remember it being a single note scent, but rather a really nice blend. I liked it a lot.

    I can attest to that.

Alright. Who's helping me drag Ray out back to beat some sense into him?

My multiquote is even longer! Now I need to multiquote myself.

I'd be more than happy to grab one off of you. I'll gladly pay the shipping.

I never thought I'd have to bring out the bat for you, Fuzzy.

    Good luck, Shawn.

    Hello, past me.

    Love, future me.
  20. Thanks for the luck Dom. Matt...Bong sent you the AI. I think I only sent some to Shep. My GF doesnt care for the scent either but I personally love the stuff.
