Good afternoon guys! I just finished my shave. Decided to use my Dovo shavette with the Personna hairshaper blade. This was my 50th Dovo shavette shave and therefore, I am halfway to reaching the 100 goal. I broke open the Stirling Glastonbury and used my Omega Pro 49 boar brush to face lather. I was disappointed with this soap because their was very little scent and I had to add more water than usual to get a decent lather. However, it did give me a slick, protective lather so it is ok. Did my normal passes and did a BBS shave without blood loss and irritation. It was a nice shave. Applied the matching AS which had more of a scent. I am still going to use the Glastonbury and hope it grows on me. Result Grade 97 = A Enjoy your evening, guys!
Robert, I can get my neck very smooth to the point of 99%, but the risk of irritation for the impossible extra 1% follows the law of diminished returns.
Those ER visits are tough, glad everthing turned out not serious and treatable. Soft serve is nice Charlie! tp
