Great shave to start the day! Three passes with quick touch up. Near BBS with light feedback from the alum. I struggled a bit on the first pass with disappearing lather so I went back to what worked for me last week. I squeezed the brush out into my bowl and went back to the puck for a second load and mixed this in with what was in the bowl. I achieved a serviceable lather for passes two and three. When I read this I was thinking, how did this guy know I make bayrum, and why is he spelling my name wrong lol, oh the stuff that goes through your head when you have not had your coffee. It happens sir. I went and looked for some at the gas station/fried chicken place they have in the keys that does them good, but they only have them sometimes. To my dismay they had none. That could be a good time, would only gain 100lbs I am in the process of a 100% remodeling of my house, I know all about that. She Is also pregnant, sometimes I think I would prefer the bear.

great shaves fellas, I may have missed some stuff, was 200 post behind. Last night's shave was great, 1 pass head and neck, 2 passes on the face for a dfs all around. The alum was a little zesty around my Van Dike beard, it has been the hardest spot to get because of the way my hair growth there. Finished with poraso white post shave I used sterling's gin and tonic soap. I am a fan. Nice light lime smell with a little gin mixed in. My wifes pregnancy super smell has limited my sterling use as I have mostly heavy scents and they are too much for her atm. I sent her a link to sterling's website so she can pick out some new stuff for me. I can only hope the goes nuts and gets me lots of stuff Have a great day!
April 10, 2019 Karve D Plate Open Comb Feather Shavemac ATG LE D01 Flat Top Stirling R4L Soap & Aftershave Guerlain Vetiver EdT I am up and moving this morning but not as quickly as I would like. The green hell, aka pollen is taking its toll on me. The big Shavemac whipped up a mountain of rick slick lather. The clean fresh vetiver scent of the the R4L is really a pleasure to use. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. A splash of the matching R4L aftershave and a spritz of Guerlain Vetiver EdT and I am off to fight Atlanta traffic.
