Really enjoyed your video. I just received a sample Black Cherry soap. It’s soooooo pungent. I’ve never smelled a stronger scent on a soap puck, but it’s not glacial! I don’t think it’s an option on samples, but man, I wish it was. I haven’t used it yet. Before I started drinking beer like water I used to drink black cherry soda lie water, so I hope I love this soap. Anyone have the Black Cherry AS or WH? Is it crazy stromg smelling?

Dude! I actually watched two of your shaving videos in a row! Well done. So what’s a “Carve” razor? Never heard of it. BTW, tried Gentlemen AS for the first time today and love it. If the soap is good I can see it in my den long term. Last thing: your upper lip (especially under the nose) technique is superb. I’m having lots of trouble fitting my DE under my nose to hit all the “nose specific” areas. I’ve only been able to hit the tough spots going up (ATG). You’ve given me hope that all down strokes are truly possible. Thanks!
Last post tonight, promise! Bought my son the Island Man shampoo bar. He LOVES it. And thank god. He’s only 13 and has been using a dandruff shampoo that’s just makes his hair smell odious. Really bad. I’m not even sure h has dandruff, but combined with his evolving hormones, something wasn’t right. The Island Man shampoo bar has his hair looking and smelling awesome. I use Stirling shampoo bars too, and I cannot speak highly enough about them.
After first day of the Agar(sample), used with my Lumberjack puck(The Soap Exchange), I get a sandalwood scent(it reminds me of when I had WSP Rustic Sandalwood). It must be recalled that Agar took Nomination #1 of the 2020 Stoylin Tonys. I'll try the Agar sometime with s simple can(Barbasol). But it's a nice partner for TSE Lumberjack.
This shave with the Gin & Tonic OTR soap was a delight. The menthol effect felt wonderful, I enjoyed the scent so much, and the postshave feeling was sensational. My next Stirling outing will be on Sunday with either Frozen Tundra or Electric Sheep.
Thank you very much!!! Yes, Gentleman is by far my favorite Stirling scent. I out menthol crystals in the AS, lol!I'm a menth-head hehe! The under the nose technique can be tricky, specially if you have a razor with a larger head. What Razor do you use? The Karve is a razor made in Canada that has various plates available for different levels of aggression. Really popular razor and is VERY well built.
