Average price now is $4.29 lb....waiting for one of the stores to put in on sale. Target actually had it for sale but none in stock? If they dont go on sale I will give the current market value of the stuff but probably wont be cheap.

I would like to know the ENTIRE story with the IM though. Something is still pretty fishy about it.

I dug deep in the den and found some MEM shave cream I will use today. The stuff is really nice but a weird shade of green?

I have come to the conclusion with blades.......if they work for Rodd.....they work for me. We have been dead on when it comes to blades. Razors? not really.

I did come up with a crazy conclusion about feathers though that Shep noticed as well. The first 3-4 shaves are great! then the blade just goes to hell.....fast! It was very weird. I am sick of trying blades though. One bad one can really jack your face up.

 

Morning Shep, Bong, Shawn and whoever else I missed. Wars is where it was at this morning. I found that I had a little left. That and the 1908 Superior made for a nice shave this morning.

I have noticed that when you sharpen a skinning knife too sharp the edge does that. goes down hill fast. Where if you put a nice edge on it, not razor sharp as it were, they skin longer.. maybe it is something like that with Super sharp blades... the edge gets degraded faster cause it is thinner?
