    What do the different plates bring to the shave, Danny? Is it similar to an "adjustable"? Does the gap simply increase or decrease?

    Thanks, James. That's the "problem" with SAD. You have so many soaps, that you really don't ever learn the intricacies of them, unless you do a "focus".

    Hi men! Finished my shave 1 hr ago. I would normally wait until tomorrow for my scheduled shave, but I wanted to try the Stirling Coconut and Lime soap. Moreover, I took out my Dovo Special. It has been a couple of months since I used it. Face lathered this soap with Omega Pro 49. The scent was nice and it wasn't overpowering. The soap did its usual performance. I did a few passes that produced an IBSS with a neck weeper that closed up with cold water. It was nice to shave with my very first straight razor once again.
    Applied the Stirling Coconut and Lime aftershave to finish this shaving adventure.
    Result Grade 94 = A
