Ikon El Jefe/Custom Heavy Handle Razor
    Schick Proline P-30 Blade
    JR #112/27mm Boar Brush
    Klar Shave Soap
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Aqua Velva Musk After Shave

Had a feeling it wouldn't exactly be a comfortable shave as my face was a bit red. Just one of those days with facial irritation. Yep, went how I thought with a couple of weepers, so I went with two slow passes. But the result was a near smooth BBS shave, but I sure did feel that after shave sting.

    Soap: mystic waters yellow rose
    Post: rose witch hazel

Mystic water soaps always give me pause. Lol it’s the weirdest soap out there. It’s the only soap I’ve encountered that creates a slimy pre-lather. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The lather is slick and performs well. A wonderful shave this morning with Gillette popular. I got this razor a while back but it’s the first time I’ve used it and it’s a smooth shaver.

The dart is a rough shaver and I found that the angle of attack is wider than most razors. For me I have to practically have the handle parallel to the ground and the razor barely skimming the skin. It’s a razor that does require more focus. Makes the R41 seem like a super speed in comparison lol.
