It looks great, Randy. Your storage system is top notch and very well organized. All kidding aside, I understand the need to go through and pass on stuff you do not plan to use. It's good for you and good for folks that want to try some new/different products. It's quite cool that you made a systematic effort to evaluate such a large variety of shaving soaps. If I have a question on something, I know who to ask.
I've got a closet and a vanity dedicated for my shave den storage in the new house. I'll post some photos when I have everything set up in the coming weeks. I don't have as much stuff as many do here, but it will be nice to consolidate everything. I've used the inventory list in
My Shave Den and a spreadsheet to keep track of everything. Every time I get ready to make a purchase, I can quickly see what I already have. It has prevented me from picking up some new stuff, and it has allowed me to pass on some stuff as well.
I'm in the process of overcoming pack rat mentality in my paper files. I'm going through my filing cabinet, pulling out what's no longer needed, and transporting "clean" files into moving boxes. I've been at this, off and on, since I retired, and I've already made quite a dent. I'm using the move to make a final push toward getting everything cleaned out. Likewise, my Bride and I have been to Goodwill a few times during our packing process. This will continue until we get everything packed up.
My problems could have been easily identified in childhood. Who knows? Maybe I could have taken a pill for it. I'm one of the few kids that actually admired
Templeton in
Charlotte's Web. He was a a pack rat with an attitude.

Have a great weekend, my friend.
