Grumble. Again with the Goodfella razor spam on Wikipedia. If they had any faith in the product as a useable razor, this kind of crap wouldn't be necessary.

Sounds good! Got the haypile plowed out and Ichabod unharnessed and put away. Only 3 inches of the white crap this time so no big deal. Am I right that someone said Family Dollar would have SE razor blades or was I mistaken?

 

They should have some PAL blades.. which work rather nice.

At first blush, this guy is trying to cash in on "the hottest trend", in hopes of getting in early on a boom like the cigar boom of about 10 years ago. The review isn't horrible, but the way I read it, it's a completely unbalanced rzaor, with all the weight in the handle. I would give one a try as a courtesy if someone handed me one, but no way would I open the wallet for one.

 

I'm going to need some SE blades to go with that dumb thang I did Sat afternoon.

oh I have gotten 3 SE's in the last week with one more on the way. and bids in on 2.. I love my SE's

Seems like it. Not getting my $$$ I can tell you! I dont see the big deal with the Wilkinson Sword Sticky either? $100 for what? Someone will pay it I guess.

 

There's a Gem SE in the box of stuff I bought from this guy on Craig's list. There's a bunch of shaving stuff in the box. I dunno what some of it is and he has less clues than I do. The Old style Gillette caught my eye, as the one I have has a bent button. I've seen worse looking Old Styles selling for more on evilbay than what I gave the guy for the whole lot. I'll let ya know when it gets here!

The PS green tea SC is really nice too. I got a sample from one of my shaving essentials orders, dosen't lather well, but I don't care for mounds of lather, as long as it's slick, I get a good shave, and my skin feels good afterwards, I'm a happy camper

They only play nice when you are around.

John was having a special for 47 dollars shipped when this first came out, I got one and used it a couple times, was ok but I get better shaves with a 60 year old open comb that cost 10-20 dollars.
I could have made money as the price went up to 55 dollars, but I sold it for what I got it. I'm a true gentleman, I even ate the shipping cost and added freebie blades and samples

I thought rule one was send all SE razors to fuzzy to see if you need it for your collection.

I need to do some more reading on these guys, I'll definitely see if I can set up a loan/ trade if anything piques my interest.

 

Yeah! I got me some Fraser coming my way! Big ass tub of original, tub of oriental spice and booster oriental spice SC for $22! Thanks Bong for the connection Just wrote a thread about the shave oil experience today. Kind of long and drawn out but overall a sucess! Face feels very good!

 

That was a good deal on the JM Frasers stuff. Rodd sent me a sample of regular. Nice shave cream. I missed it; already sold by the time I checked that thread.

 

I knew it wouldnt last and I saw Bong over there and here so he worked things out! I think I pm'd tracy as well. The shipping on that box is going to be at least$8-$9. I cant wait to try the OS. I dont care for Boosters AS but what the hell.


Keep an ear out though. I might split the group up(Sell half of each) unless of course I dont like it then i will sell the whole damn thing for $30! Just kidding! I dont need that much Frasers......its funny b/c I was just about to order some from Shaving essentials.
