Arko Adjustable April April 16 Razor - 1962 (H1) Gillette Slim (9) Blade - (3) Soap - Arko Brush - The Canuck Post - Alum Third day with the Slim and Ladas and the Canuck was called in to load massive amounts of Arko. If I had a way of storing it I wouldn't have to lather for a week, at least. Two passes, touch ups, near-BBS, I'm a happy and tired camper. On the STL BBQ front - I have found what appears to be a hidden gem hiding in a strip mall in Overland (I know, reference means nothing but think small run down area and a strip mall.....hence the "hidden gem"). It's called Ms. Piggie's and I've seen the ribs and smelled the restaurant, the food, and myself after standing in said restaurant waiting on said food to deliver. Seriously, it's like I died and went to BBQ heaven. I plan to give it a try this weekend. It's probably not a place we'd want to have a sit down dinner in for the meet up - but it might be a place to cater from. No, I haven't given up on Hendricks.......but we may need a Friday night diversion. Come to think of it, a sit down in a backwater BBQ joint might just be the thing! Have a fantastic Wednesday!

Tuesday SOTN Yeah, I thought about Tabac since it was Tuesday, but the Arko is going well, so why not? Maybe I'll pull out the Tabac on Thursday . Another wonderful shave with the Gillette British Flat Bottom Tech, although I think I'm going to toss the blade. It was slightly rough with touching up in my trouble spots after the 3rd pass. SOTD: A great shave today! I forgot how much i love the fatip and how great that thing shaves! The arko is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely need to get one of those shave stick tubes for arko fro traveling, but at this point its one of the soaps i use the most, such great value for money and the stick lasts so long! Tuesday 16th April Omega 10108 Boar, Cella, Focus R28, Nivea 2 Phase. Wednesday 17th April Mühle/HJM Black Fibre, Colonel Conk Amber, Baili BT131 'Tech' Denim Original. Two posts rolled into one as the Conjunctivitis has reappeared. Just need to keep going until tomorrow morning and I will have 5 uninterrupted days to recover before I return to work Both cold water shaves with my normal pre and post treatment. I am now beginning to enjoy my cold water shaves and my skin seems to like them too. Lower end soaps seem to have less of a drying effect and I can shave closer without even a hint of irritation.
