Razor: Colonial Razor The General Handle: Timeless Pineapple Blade: Feather Pro Brush Handle: B-400 The Brush by Tom Knot: APShaveCo Tuxedo Soap: Murky and McNeil Ouroboros Post Care: Stirling Unscented Witch Hazel, Alum Aftershave: Murphy and McNeil Ouroboros Excellent shave this morning. This was my first try of any Murphy and McNeil products and I'm very impressed. I took an almond sized sample from the soap and put it in my bowl. It instantly produced a very slick lather, it was very protective, it had great residual slickness and an amazing post shave feel. I love this soap. It easily compares to the top artisans and in many ways exceeds them. I'm blown away by how good this stuff is. Now it was not without complications...SWMBO did not like the scent at all. I'm currently thinning down my den so putting aside a soap that she didn't like has never been a problem, until now. I guess I need to figure out which scent to get instead because I absolutely must have at least one Murphy and McNeil set in my den. Have a great day folks!

Razor: Gillette Slim Adjustable (K4) 1965 Blade: Personna 74 Tungsten Steel (12) Brush: Shavemac ATG LE. The Rowl w/ 2 Band Soap: Nuàvia Nera A/S: Fine Platinum. Bowl: 3 D Printer White by Tom White (@twhite) The shave with he Gillette Slim Adjustable went great today. My poor shaves with it must have been user error. Shavemac 2 Band worked perfectly and a Fine Platinum aftershave was the perfect finish. The spring run off is in full swing. Keep your kids away from fast flowing rivers. Just a thought.
1956 British Gillette No. 58 Razor Bic Chrome Platinum Blade Vintage Century #4/24mm Tuxedo Brush The Sudsy Soapery Citrus & Bay Soap Dickinson's Witch Hazel Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum After Shave After restoring this case for @Jrdelgado, I just had to try out the razor and see how it compared to my '48-'50 Aristocrat. My impressions are that it's a little milder than the Aristocrat, but still very effective. Did a two pass shave with a little touch up for a very smooth and comfortable BBS shave.
Back to business with the Bay Rums tomorrow(Stephan A.S.&Jeeves Soap), but there's one change from today: brush-Boston Celtics mascot(green&white in color)** **haven't heard back from Oscar11 about more info on it.
@PLAla Happy belated birthday Perry and many happy returns. Talking of returns, welcome back @billdog2, your posts have been missed.
