    Congratulations Blair, and please keep us posted on your progress! I agree with you fully about maintaining your weight. You're teaching your kids (and reminding me of) a valuable lesson. I have made a commitment to weight myself at least weekly and make minor adjustments going forward. This is what my Bride does, and it has always worked for her.
    Thank you, Jason. I've got around 100 boxes to move fairly soon. This will be much easier now than it would have been.
