Good photo of a fine shave Jim. Razor and brush are made for each other.

    FRIDAY'S SHAVE

    Razor Stand by RV Shaving
    Shave Brush - Omega Hi-Brush 20mm Synthetic (Model# 46745 – 0146745)
Brush Stand by Desire Metal Works
Lather Bowl - Durance de Provence White Ceramic
    Preshave Oil - Lather & Wood's "Unscented"
Shave Soap - Soap Commander "Wisdom"
Aftershave - Thayers Witch Hazel "Unscented"
Post-Shave Balm - Soap Commander "Wisdom"
Deodoant - Nourish Organic "Lavender Mint"
    Fragrance - Costume National Homme

Took the day off. Slept in. Shaving late morning on the west coast, nearly noon. Instead of the fig bath soap I'm going to go with the C.O. Bigelow Lavender Mint this time around. This shave should be great. The Merkur rarely disappoints.

    Razor: Gillette Single Edge
    Blade: Cart (4)
    Lather: Neutrogena Shave Ceam
    AS: Mennen Skin Bracer/ Afta

Very nice shave this morn. Neutrogena does not create a "lather", but a very slick film on your skin. The razor slides oh so gently with each stroke. I can get by with just one pass, and come away with a DFS. The 1st pass,WTG only takes about 3 mins. So a 2nd pass, WTG/ATG/XTG about 5 mins, finishing with a BBS. God Bless.

That particular Klar Seifen soap is rarely posted anymore and IMO is a great soap.

Honestly my beard hair is pretty coarse. This is just a magic blade man. I've been trying to tell you. One in a million.

That Frozen Vetiver bottle is getting low. I, myself only have a single backup bottle with only a little more in my current bottle in this scent. I didn't expect Kevin to quit making the splashes. I am sparingly using the Frozen Vetiver splash now.
