Jason, great shaves, pics and it was nice that you set up your f-i-l with primo shaving gear.

James, I would suggest to take it slow the few times you shave with your non-dominant hand. You will get more comfortable the more you use that hand.

I was planning to start with just a WTG on the cheeks until I feel good with that, and then just build up to more parts of the face from there. Once I have gotten comfortable performing an entire WTG pass on the left hand side, I'll give the XTG pass a crack. Touch ups and buffing will be left to the right hand until the left hand is feeling like second nature!

    Should be interesting!

Wonderful, Jim! I used Oleo New City this morning as well. Shave report later. Great scent! Terrific shot and shave!

Never heard of the onewheel. Looks like fun, but I hope the road rash heals up. Happy Easter!

Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers with Alice’s situation. She is being discharged this morning! I’m here at the hospital waiting for her to be released. She’ll have to recover more at home but it’s always better to rest at home than anywhere else.

Thank you all again! I’ll be back later with my shave report.

Thank you, Perry! New City is a wonderful scent! Come to think of it this is another of your enabling moves.
Wishing you and yours a Happy Easter and hoping the best for Alice.

I've seen the Onewheel products described as riding something like Marty McFly's hoverboard in 'Back to the Future II'. Can't disagree with that. Tons of fun with a little leg exercise and balance thrown in. Tried a Segway Mini, but my balance works so much better when wheels or motion is front/back versus side/side. I'm only 30 miles with it so far, still an absolute NewB. Battery/motor technology to replace a gas vehicle where it can has always been an interest...so this covers a little exercise/fun as well a way for smaller grocery trips (or whatever).

    Great news!

Happy Easter fellas. First time shaving with Williams today! Turns out I had bought the perfect mug for this a year ago at an AA meeting at the West Suburban Fellowship Club. It was just sitting in a cabinet because it's a little bulky for drinking coffee. Overall I really liked the Williams. I'd give the scent 10 out of 10. Performance maybe 8 out of 10, but it may have been my lathering skills. Lather built fast, and plenty of it. It does seem to deflate rather quickly. So I whipped it up to bring it back. Next time I might try loading the brush from mug, and then go to the captain's choice to build lather there. It's in my top 4 soaps and will be in my rotation. Do I just leave puck in mug with remaining lather and let dry, or rinse mug and puck? I guess Williams is what my grandfather used, and the scent really brought some memories back for my mom. I think I was supposed to live back in the 30s 40s or 50s. I wish we'd get back to living how it was back then. In my opinion my grandparents lived the greatest generation. Have a wonderful day gentlemen [IMG][IMG][IMG]
