Beautiful picture, Clint! The scent sounds a bit like Stirling Port-au-Prince, which I always enjoyed.

    Great one Charlie!

Looks like that instant pudding powder mix in a box when you dont mix it long enough. Or any batter I guess that isn't mixed long enough to smooth out . I'd ask for a refund.

I'm glad they made it right. I am definitely always willing to give a vendor a second chance when they do something like this.

I am just glad they did what they should have. I have been pleased with my Murphy and McNeil soap and the few samples I have but I will stay away from that one in the future.

Kudos to the vendor for making it right, Joseph.

I wonder if what you are seeing is the result of soap ricing? Also mentioned here.

If this is what is happening, the soap makers should be aware of it before it goes out for sale. For this reason, I hope this is NOT what is causing the granules.

Even though they treated me well, I am finished with this company. Here's why: any company that would let a product out the door with such an obvious problem, is either 1) not paying close enough attention, or 2) doesn't know how to make a quality product.

These are not "rice-size" pieces, Charlie. Not saying you are wrong, but from what I have read, it has to do more with the saponification process, than addition of ingredients.

I am glad that refunded your money. I tend to agree with you Joseph. With so many quality products, vendors need to realize that they might only have 1 time to make a good impression.
