Very good idea Wont go into details but TSD is much.....I mean much more friendly and more a family feel. Everyone respects each other and the moderators aren't some higher power that won't associate with the masses. I love it here for many reasons. Smaller numbers but better quality folks. Much more close knit.

I got some p.160 in today. Anybody try this before? I just loaded a brush and it loaded very quickly. Feels like good lubrication as well.

Lots of errands today. Dropped a grand on a new washer. That sucks. :mad: They make these things freakin' disposable anymore. We had the same washer/dryer the entire time I was growing up. I've been through like 3 or 4 of them since.

On the up side my Green Tea AS shipped today. Should be here next week. :happy088

I purchased and paid for a washer and dryer set at Sears on Black Friday. I am still waiting on it. Really making me mad. I bought it because a bearing had gone out in our current washer, so for the past 4 months, even though I have paid for a new washer, we use this broken loud one. Thank you Sears.
How long did you have your previous one?

 

We had the Maytag Atlantis set which was supposed to be their second best units behind the Neptune set. We got them roughly around 2001 or 2002 I'd say. The dryer began to fail two years ago and finally died last year. Now the washer is going. Same as yours...bearings I think. Loud as heck. I checked Sears today online before heading out. They listed a delivery date of April! Yeah right. Lowes is getting it to me tomorrow. Ended up getting a Fridgidaire front loader. Plus the stand to get it up to the right height (for an xtra 200 bucks!!! Grrrrrrr).

 

whew, good...I'm glad you said "no" to the free Red Proraso I was offering you...

 

I can't believe that they can charge $200 for a #^&#! stand. It is a little metal box! We actually have to stack ours, so we didn't need to buy the stand, but you better believe the "stacking kit" cost extra. :angry019

 

Sorry, the washer/dryer companies are robbing you. Thankfully ours has been running solid since 2001. Of course now that I said that.....

Looks like everyone was fairly quiet while I was gone at daughter's Tuesday appointment. Everyone out eating their hearts out for Fat Tuesday.
