    Razor: Vintage Gillette NEW Short Comb
    Blade: Gillette “7 O’Clock Blue” Super Platinum (10)
    Brush: John’s Brushes Silvertip-22mmx48mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Southern Oud

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Crowne & Crane Thuringian Forest today. 20 seconds to load the John’s Brushes Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette 7-O’Clock Blue SP still in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Southern Oud.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Amalfi Basil Lemon Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #343 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Ever-Ready 1909 razor with a Vintage Gem Cutlery SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Dove Men+Care Post Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Alcolado Glacial Menthol Splash
    Eau Sauvage EdT

    Every time I use a soap like a Stirling Glacial or the Kameelperd I say the same thing - any colder and my face would have disintegrated. The Glacial Lemon Chill gave me such a monstrous freeze right from the get-go and its delicious lemony scent was present the whole time. The lather was so rich and slick, the skincare felt so good that I didn’t really need to use any balm but I’m a creature of habit so I used the matching balm which prolonged the freeze and gave me lots of extra moisturizing and soothing. The Alcolado Glacial makes a terrific aftershave, and is it ever frigid as well. Its scent is sort of lemony also and it didn’t disrupt the scent of the Eau Sauvage that I’m wearing now. The Minora blade helped me get an unbelievable BBS shave in two easy passes!
