A new toy....
I seem to be drawn to open comb razors.
The price was right and the shave is great. Using a Feather Blade, this razor does the job well. The handle is heavy, making it easy to ballance out the weight of the head by gripping lower on the handle.


3 chears to the Pearl OC TTO.

I would not call this a mild razor, just in case you were wondering.

I have not kept up with this forum but .... a month ago I purchased a new addition to my already full stable. It's been used but not abused, it's been scuffed and buffed and yesterday I put on a shave with it. Man, a one pass BBS. Cleaner than a hounds tooth. I've had straight razor shaves that weren't as close as this shave was.

I just had to try one of these olds. The thing is, it shaves so close, so quick, that it takes the pleasure out of shaving. I mean one pass and it's right down to the skin or maybe a layer or two deep in the skin.

I have not shaved with a Muhle R41, new or the old version but I don't see how it could be any more efficient than this razor is. My .02 anyway..
