That's why this photo most perfectly illustrates the 30DC for me. We may not all be on the same level or even looking in the same direction, but the warmth is always here.

 

Thank you, Jim! We're checking a bag so I'll be able to bring shave gear. I haven't decided yet what's going to make the trip. The razor will be an open comb since that's my focus this month but not sure which one.

Great shave and report, Danny! I am scheduled to p/u my red tip Thursday. I bought it because I wanted a Gillette razor that was made the year I was born (55) and because I knew it would be a solid razor. How does it compare to the FB?

He's at Univ. of Rochester(NY)....actually I'm not 100% sure what his degree is in(I'll update this post as I find out....he took courses in Politics, Computer Science, Philosophy, among others). I think his immediate plans are to do what he's done during a lot of his time at UR and during summers back home....work at Joseph A. Banks. He's talked about Graduate School but I don't know where he is now with that. For now he'll probably spend more time at his Dad's than with his mom(they're divorced), as his dad suffered a heart attack a few months ago. But his mom(my sister)and her husband are planning a move of their own soon, so he'll probably be up there from time to time helping out with that. Smart young man.

Right, the move. But I'm sure you find time to catch up and see who's doing what, when, how much, and Randeroo's Ice cream.

 

I ain't going there! Try it, they probably get weirder request.

 

It shaves close to the FB but keep in mind I have only had one shave under the belt. I think it slightly less aggressive than 9 on the FB. Of course it is lighter. Let me know your thoughts when you get a shave completed with it.

Thanks, Danny! That is what I thought as well. I will not shave with it until next month because I want to keep my Dovo focus for this month, however, I will give feedback on it.
