These pair great together and the Sandalwood Cyril R Salter Cream makes this super-luxury. I'm going to enjoy this shave. Ever since I tried these together in a testing phase I couldn't ever separate them again as a set. Sure, they kind of alter each other a bit, but the whole is greater than the parts (for me at least). Either scent alone is still great though, I just love them together with the Sandalwood cream. Such a great combo.

SOTD: Todays shave was absolutely fantastic, that Wilkinson sword brush is getting better and better each shave. The Wilkinson sword classic TTO performed absolutely flawlessly, those blades that come with it are pretty decent too, definitely a nice and sharp as well as smooth blade. The boots original shave stick provided plenty of slick cushioning lather, the review for that has now been posted under the soap section too. Williams Wednesday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Williams Mug Shave Soap The Brush B-3 by Tom Gillette OT by Tom Gillette Silver Blue CWR Aqua Velva AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. I did two passes with the Gillette OT by Tom razor with a Gillette Silver Blue blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... Edit: I get great shaves with Old Types since I learned to ride the cap. This is a great shaver. Thought I would make this little video to show off the Red and Black Set by @twhite.
