    It is wonderful to be home, and shave just fit with the morning. Two passes with the Ascension resulted in a DFS. Some nice Cavendish scent to wrap it up, and I get to spend some time with my family. I hope everyone has a great day!

    My wife us dragging me off to a wedding this afternoon :angry019: so I needed to get a shower in and a shave. No shower pictures ;) but I did get a nice shave in with a shave picture below. I really like the round handle on the Schick. Two passes and a few touch up areas. Tickle of Alum followed by some Nivea balm. Then a splash of SDM glorious stank!     Just a quick post on today's shave. Duplicate from yesterday....except was in a big hurry. 12 minutes to shave before having to leave. It was last minute decision to run an errand with the family. Still did my usual face and shower prep, save for stropping the Puma in between. Figured I would just see how it went. Big mistake. Felt the difference and lopped a bump on my chin. Big bleeder. Styptic gel twice. Ugh. Won't ever skip the strop routine ever again. Not unhappy with the shave, still a decent DFS. Kind of proved I can get it done quickly even with a straight now.

    Wanted to thank everyone for the wife's well wishes. She's about the same, just takes a little while for antibiotics and meds to kick in. She got to the doctor before it completely turned into a mess.

    Been following along, just limited time. Awesome reports and always incredible images of cool hardware and software.

    It's a lazy Saturday here, so time for a straight razor. Today I went with the Russian Mockva. For suds, Haslinger marigold again. I did 3, and skipped the usual extra cleanup. Honestly, in a pinch, I could stop after two passes if I had to. But no hurry today.
