    Cold Water Rinse
    Arko Extra Performance
    The Brush B-3 by Tom
    Fredrick Reynolds 5/8
    CWR
    Aqua Velva AS

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Arko Extra Performance Shave Cream face lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. I did two passes with the Fredrick Reynolds 5/8 and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thank you gentlemen, up for a rainy, gloomy morning is a Hayashi Diamond 8000, the always wonderful Santa Maria Novella, and a little Myrsol Agua Balsamica. Good stuff.

This razor is in better shape than my Hayashi user, but both shave very well indeed. And it’s a ‘real Japanese hollow ground’ !!

    Citrus for Saturday.

Col Conk Lime - great smell. Lather is easy & good. Lacks some of the residual of soaps with amimal fats that I like. Quite capable and economical, should last a long time.

Geo. F. Trumper Extract of Limes Skin Food. - I will always have this. Can be used pre and/or post shave. Not greasy. Soothing. Has glycerin.

Pulled out the Wacker Barbers Bride. Performed flawlessly after a recent touch up. A tool made by a master in his trade has everything one could want in fit, form, and function. Lacking only in the sizzle of the pan.

Finished up with Stirling Satsuma. Now offered in Glacial menthol.

    Great shave.

Wonderful shave, from a German Made Razor. Smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. This 1/2 Hollow can hold a very nice edge. I just wish I had it when it was pristine.

Razor- Hamburg Ring. German Made. Bone Scales
    Brush- JR#262. WD Silvertip
    Soap- ARKO/Sandalwood Scented
    Aftershave- Florida Water.

Dubl Duck - As cool as this razor looks it is too lite for me. It more than 6/8 but the grind is so hollow it does not have the heft of a big razor. I am thinking about let this one go to make room in the den.... then it again it is very cool and takes a sharp edge.

I was up for some lather luxury this morning, s I used a large dollop of SMN and a big Simpsons 59 - that did the trick! The razor was a 13/16 Le Jaguar, and a splash of Agua Balsamica finished up.
