I love the smell and shave the Noxema gives. Definitely have to be in the mood for it, though.

Cool and Sunny here. Cooking some lunch for Mom and myself.. Dad shoul dbe headed back soon then I will go home. I only live like 30 min from here.

I'm having leftovers for lunch today. Don't wanna do too much on Sunday. A sunny +7 degrees here.

 

Just turned some hamburger patties I made a few days ago into meatloaf for lunch.

I think I'll be having some tea soon.

Quiet, relaxing day today for most of us in here, it seems.

MsB... how did you drink the Green Rooibos? I find that it tastes great without any additions. I think I sent you some regular red as well. Let me know how that compares to what you've had when you get around to trying it.

Just checked the forecast.

Seems like we're in for a big one. Seems like it's snowing until Tuesday. Looks like we'll be getting between 10 and 15 inches. Tonight is supposed to be especially bad out with 2 to 3 inches of snow an hour for a couple hours around midnight.

All the ice just melted last week, too. Doh!

 

I like cooler weather and would be able to survive in snow places but it is nice to not have to worry out it.

Good Day, Dom. Leftovers were: pheasant and cranberry wild rice stuffing, mashed taters and a few greenbeans.

 

I added nothing. It is good enough to stand alone!

 

Never had them fancy chickens..I needa try me some though sounds like.

Whew......finally took a shower and feel much better. Just what I needed. Had a phenomenal shave....I mean WOW!!!!! Brand new feather in the slim adj, Omega SC, and a little bit of the Anherb gel I had left( i think I like the lotion better). My face feels great! Finally started snowing so thats cool. We rarely get snow so its a big deal! Fuzzy, sorry you didnt like the Nox scent as it seems not many people do. I love it for whatever reason.

 

The hawk grabs them for me so no shot to pick out. (makes a note, PIF Bunny a fancy chicken)

 

Oh it is not that bad a scent. I love the cream. Can get use to the smell.

You send it I will cook it. I have never minded picking out shot or otherwise cleaning game. I think I shoul dhave been a butcher. I get irate when people start to mistreat my knives at home.. they are just Old Hickory knives but I keep them sharp and do not like people playing with them. just another quirk of mine.

There isnt Jack S%$! to do today. I have the roast cooking but no Law & Order marathon or anything. Feel too crappy to read and my body wont let me nap while I am hungover.

 

Sounds like a nice relaxing day..other then the hungover part.

Nuthin wrong with old hickory knives. The carbon steel takes a good edge easy and if you use them decently they touch up with a steel pretty quickly too.

 

Yup.. All it takes is a bit of the steel and they are ready to go again. I keep them sharp. No worries there. They look kinda rough with the staining they get from the High Carbon content. but I like that to.

Just cuz something is shiney and pretty doesn't mean it's good for anything.
