Clint I am sorry that you have to live with pain like that. At least you have found something that has helped and it is non narcotic which is a big plus. Take care.

Does that yellow rice count? I've never attempted it from scratch. Just use those prepackaged from the grocery store Ethnic Section. Surprised that term hasn't reached Politically Incorrect, yet. Locally is about 4 feet of Asian (don't say Oriental) & 8 feet of Latino (not Mexican) at the Market Bucket up the street.
Having parents that were raised in Louisiana, rice is the staple carb. I grew up in a Polish suburb of Chicago where potatoes were the thing.

Not mom's specialties. Her and dad have reduced their spiciness index down to bland these days. They do keep plenty of post prep sauces and sprinkles to add per serving. Dad will throw a gumbo but not everyone likes that Seafood Mix he likes to chunk in. It's a very few shrimp, some squid, clams, or oysters. By the time all that's added to a basic dark meat chicken and whatever sausage is on sale pot of soup, the crawfish would be lost.

Cool!
I've been defunking quite a few knots lately. Rinse, soak then a couple dawn wash and rinse cycles then to finish up I use some of the granddogs shampoo. Really cuts the funk quickly.

I usually just whip up an Arko lather and then in sit in the brush overnight then rinse it out and let it dry. Takes care of 97% of the funk. I will say that my first Maggard SHD had no funk to it whatsoever. We'll see how the second one is.

Hey Gary! I'm caught up on the 30 DC. Got a shave report incoming, and pick up the twins from school in less than an hour. Where did Monday go?

 

I couldn't bring myself to waste Arko like that.
My Maggards SHD bulb was pretty funky. I should have a handle for it later this week.
