This picture was taken at Badlands National Park, South Dakota. It is hard to imagine the settler's thoughts when they came upon this. If ever in the area, this is a must see.
Took these while on my early morning walk with my Bedlington Terrier Boys, the photo's are in order from beginning to end of the walk, finished by walking past my old School Cyfarthfa Castle, it's no longer a school I left there in the 1970s
While riding along the D&L Canal path about an hour north of Philadelphia. It was originally used to bring coal out of the mountains beginning in the early 1800s. Not a ton to see on this section of the trail, but it was a beautiful day and definitely a happy place.
