Thank you, Danny! That's very kind and I do appreciate it. Although I have been shaving for close to 48 years, I consider myself a newbie to wetshaving. Also, I only started open blade shaving in Oct 2018, so I am still a greenie using a shavette or a SR.
It was too convoluted to explain, but my MAYhem was derailed when I was detained by federal agents who confiscated my bag. But alas, I am unflappable. Hang in there!
This was my holiday weekend off. Lol. I picked up a kcup called No Surrender...revv is the brand name. Its ok but I will not buy more.
Gary @brit , I got out the Gillettes this afternoon and counted 31. I need to narrow this down to about 15 if I am going to do a Gillette focus next month. I shave every other day. Of course I have some duplicates and I will come up with 15 out of this bunch. I think when I get the 15 picked out I will sort them by age and start with the oldest and work up. 1918 PROPERTY OF U.S. ARMY W1 1951 SUPER SPEED W3 1951 SUPER SPEED – ALUMINUM HANDLE / BLACK TIP A4 1955 RED TIP B2 1956 FLARE TIP C2 1957 RED TIP D3 1958 Executive Adjustable E2 1959 195 ADJUSTABLE – FAT BOY F3 1960 FLARE TIP H3 1962 SLIM I3 1963 SLIM J2 1964 SLIM K1 1965 FLARE TIP K1 1965 TECH – TRAVEL K4 1965 TECH – TRAVEL K1 1965 TECH L3 1966 SLIM N1 1968 KNACK P4 1970 FLARE TIP P4 1970 FLARE TIP SUPER SPEED – NO NOTCH PRE-WAR TECH, TRIANGLE SLOTS SUPER SPEED - NOTCHED “1934” CANADA TECH – TRIANGLE SLOTS TECH – SILVER COLORED TECH – GOLD COLORED TECH – GOLD COLORED OLD TYPE – CRACKED HANDLE OLD TYPE NEW TYPE – LONG COMB NEW TYPE – LONG COMB / INCOMPLETE HANDLE
