The Agadir did me well this morning. I do think I administered the gel to my face and neck the wrong way, though. Tomorrow,I'm going to try rubbing the big chunk in both hands and applying(the same way we would do with aftershaves). It's been ages since I last shaved with a gel(since using the Agadir, that is). Hard to say what I will run out of first, the gel(16 oz) or aftershave(6.7 oz).

It's a beautiful, sunny morning. I can look out, see nature in all of its glory.
    I am free.
Free to say what I think, without fear of reprisal.
Free to worship where I choose.
Free to travel where I choose.
Free to vote for whom I choose.

I am eternally grateful for the brave men and women, who, putting country before self,
    made the ultimate sacrifice.
My great-great uncle, who died at Vicksburg.
My father, who served in the last months of WWII.
I can never fully express my gratitude.
I can, however, never forget the price they paid for me.

    Good Morning, guys
It is Dovo shavette time! Just finished my shave and it is #71 with it.
    Voskhod Blade
    Rockwell Brush
    Pacienza SS and AS
Face lathered with my favorite scent nd proceeded with a 2 pass shave with touchups to get a great BBS shave without any cuts or irritation. Everytime I use Sterling Pacienza shaving soap, I get the best shaves! I believe it is psychological because this scent puts me in a great mood and it probably makes me more alert during the shave. that's my take as to why I shave well when using the Pacienza.
    Result: Grade 98 = A+
Have a great and safe Memorial Day guys! 20190527_081634.jpg 20190527_081634.jpg

Thank you, Paul. Yes, we are here. I had a wonderful shave this morning, and I found my recliner and a cuppa Joe. I'm all set for awhile. A nap already sounds good. :)

I hope you are well and having a great weekend.

Anything been happening around here the last few days that I need to know about?

Danny, I’m still here! School year finished Friday and we’re busy hunting new furniture and furnishings for the house. We close tomorrow and take possession on Friday. A contractor is coming in to immediately start on some work. We’re scheduled to go to the beach next week so they’re going to work while we’re gone.

Unreliable signal and internet out here at the cabin so it’s frustrating to be able on the web doing anything. That’s mainly why I haven’t been around much.

I’ve been using Soap Commander 13A Delta almost exclusively, and The Fat of course. Good shaves all around each day.

Most reliable cars on the road, IMO, Paul. I've had 5 Toyota's (Corolla, 2 Camry's and 2 Avalon's) and have driven them to the Moon and back.

The Corolla was my first new car in 1985. I gave it away with 325K on the odometer, and folks continued to drive it. Replaced the timing belt and 5th gear during that time. Oil and tires were pretty much all it ever needed. I'd love to have another one sometime.
