I have been on vacation, for several days, and just now got around to shaving. So, it is Monkey Tail Time. I had a silky smooth 2 pass shave, with minor touch ups, around the chin. Nice razor @Billyfergie I’m afraid mine won’t match it, lol. Gold Dollar 66, part of a tomo test that I’m doing, details soon on the honing thread. Soap was the sadly discontinued RazoRock King Lois Lavender, a truly fine soap, lathered with a Simpsons Keyhole 2. A splash of AB finished up a very nice shave indeed. The edge was outstanding.
Tonight's shave was with a finely made Solingen Razor. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, without touch ups, that left me silky smooth. This is a very well made razor, and the scales are as beautiful of emerald green, as they come. Too bad they are gassing out. I have to store it with the blade out. Razor- Otto Deutsch's Hans.
