Clean shaven here Bong unless I skip a day. Can't even grow a decent soul patch!

 

I can still grow a good beard just has a lot of grey in it already.

I saw on the Katrina pics. (thanks for sharing those by the way)
I can grow quite the beard if I want too, I let it grow a week or 2 during the winters to keep the face from freezing while skiing.

 

I have gotten a couple emails from you at 3 in the morning saying you just got out of the pen shop mister

I get a 45 minute nap on the bus ride in to and out of work too.

 

My grandfathers were both born in the 1890's and neither had facial hair below the eyebrows. Dad was born in '17. When I first grew a beard, he told me that he had better looking hair growing on his ass. (He was right, but hey!). I think clean shaven was a sign of "I'm taking care of myself", at least until about 1963 or so...

 

That's me too - more salt than pepper these days.

Well, yeah, there is that I suppose :ashamed001 As they say, it takes one to know one...

 

Hey Tom if you didn't see it I answered your "cheese grater" question from earlier. The answer is yes, you scrape the soap along a grater, put the shavings in a tub, tamp down, smooth over with some warm water and Bob's your uncle. Works very well.

 

My picture in the what do you look like thread shows the grey in the goatee. grrrrrr But what can you do better then not getting older I guess

 

i have white hairs already. noticeable ones. WHITE. im not even 30 yet

 

I have williams colgate VDH and C&E sandalwood done that way.

2 is my new Bill Ellis straight razor
3 some cigar boxes I got for free, the shop was about to close and ght guy closed his till out before I was done looking through them and let me have them for free. These will be used to hold various writing implements. Tom and Dom will appreciate them.
4 is another cigar box I am going to make a razor holder out of

 

I see it now; Thanks! I thought I was being goofy when I mentioned the cheese grater, but now that I see your explanation, it makes perfect sense.

Wow, Bong! That Bill Ellis razor looks sweet. How does it shave? Love the cigar boxes; they'll be wonderful pen cases. Gotta get some Gary Lehrer trays if you don't have 'em already. I really like the razor case too - what a great idea. :signs154
