Aluminum Gibbs Reglable/BIC. This birthday shave really cemented the Alumi-Gibbs as my favorite among the Gibbs Adjustable configurations. The stock brass Gibbs is too head heavy, and while the 85mm @Clouds brass sleeve corrects the balance it's a bit too heavy overall as a head shaver. The Alumi-Gibbs has both perfect balance and is easy to maneuver and change grip as you go on the head shave. It's also more comfortable even in the max 6 setting. High marks.

A beautiful shave this morning featuring the South African bundubeard range, the coffee soap in particular.
What an amazingly well performing soap at a price that absolutely cant be beat, fantastic stuff.

The Omega 49 was the perfect brush for the job, it works very well when used in conjunction with harder soaps, and wipped up slick, fluffy lather wonderfully in a bowl after 20 seconds of loading.

The Wilkinson sword blade performed well on what is its third last shave, I'll be retiring it at
15.

The brut showed me again once and for all why its my all time favourite aftershave, we are so lucky that the faberge is still distributed here!

Oh, the Maison Lambert brush is so nice. Big, soft and a great lather maker - I really like it. All the other parts worked well together and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks

I wasn't that keen on this razor to start with but nowadays I thoroughly enjoy using it when I'm not in a hurry.
