Ever wake up in the morning and get the feeling that the day ahead of you wouldn't be a good one?

Had that feeling this morning. Turns out I was right.

 

Evening gang...

My sister's going to Paris (France, not Texas) in a couple of weeks. Anything of the shaving variety I should ask her to pick up for me that is a) not available in the U.S., b) inexpensive, and c) not likely to cause border hassles?

 

Fell out of the bed and missed the Floor type of day?

 

There is an art, it says, or rather, a knack to flying.
The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.
Pick a nice day, and try it.
The first part is easy.
All it requires is simply the ability to throw yourself forward with all your weight, and willingness not to mind that it's going to hurt.
That is, it's going to hurt if you fail to miss the ground.
Most people fail to miss the ground, and if they are really trying properly, the likelihood is that they will fail to miss it fairly hard.

Just about. This is the first time I'm drinking because I don't feel well in a very long time.

Usually when I drink, it's because I like the taste and will drink a glass of something after dinner or with cheese or something like that.

Not good. The piano might help me take my mind off of things - just need to work up the energy to get over to it.

Thanks Bong. Bad things in combination with an already off day are just awful. Worst thing is that I know I'm making a mountain out of mole hills.

I sent out your package today. There's quite the laundry list of things in there. Let me know if I missed something (which is entirely possible as I was making two other packages at the same time as yours).

Just a little to take the edge off, Fuzzy. I'm not one to self medicate. I've never been drunk and never intend it. I usually won't have more than a couple of drinks.

I absolutely hate feeling disoriented or as if something is altering my thinking.

 

I read through the first four in the five part trilogy. I think by that point, it wasn't as good as the first part.

 

Well it's Friday, 2 days of not having to work is never a bad thing right?

Thanks for sending out the goodies. I'm packing up all my sample size creams now. I got my razors and brushes packed for the most part, and my pens are packed. Still have to pack my inks, desksets, and notebooks stationary tonight.

I may still end up getting some media for my tumbler so I will keep you updated if you want me to polish up your straight.

 

It's a busy week for me. I will probably be working tomorrow and might even be doing trying to finish up something on Sunday as well.
