No, it was. We had a 24-hour period where we thought the deal had fallen through, but then the sellers came back and said there was miscommunication and they would follow through with our requests. It was a strange deal but it all came together in the end. I posted in here during the 24-hour period that it had fallen through but the situation changed for the better for us.
