    The Barbasol came out looking like a squiggly snake this morning, in much the same way as does the Clubman Shave Cream. Weird, for two reasons: 1)-I thought I shook it enough to get......2)-....the nice thick rich form in which it came out yesterday. But the shave was fine.

    That's interesting, because with both the Clubman and the Barbasol, the snake comes out at the beginning too(in my experience). Course as I implied, on most days I get the thick cream, others the snake. But I'll recall your post when I get to the bottom of the.....DID YOU SAY PROPELLANT????

    20190615_083145.jpg Just a quick "get r done" non focus shave this morning. I have got to go to memorial service out of town today and I was feeling a little scruffy. Rockwell 2c @ plate 6 and the Fine soap "got r done" with no weepers or nicks. The Weber bulldog handle is the handle. Y'all have a great day.

    Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated
    Soap: Noble Otter Orbit
    PAA Galactic witch hazel
    PAA Mysterium Serum
    AS: Noble Otter Orbit

    Good morning!

    SE Saturday! Excellent shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS.

    First use of Orbit. Enjoyable clean fresh scent that I like a lot. The synthetic cooling agent is interesting. It's definitely cold but difficult for me to compare with mentholated soaps and aftershaves. Partly due to the fact with mentholated soaps I feel it in my eyes, I don't get that from the synthetic cooling. It has been about an hour since I shaved and I definitely still feel the cooling effect. I'll keep an eye open for more soaps and aftershaves with the synthetic cooling, I really like it!

    Yes, the propellant is under pressure so that when you press down on the can, you are releasing the gas pressure to extrude the shave cream. When there is very little propellant left and hardly any pressure, then the foam comes out like a snake.
