There's one called Like Grandpa that can be tough to search for because of the vague name, never tried it but my brother uses their soap and ASB https://likegrandpa.com/
I like how they kept the scents simple. No bizarre combos. One single scent, yet a choice of seven. Do you know which your brother uses?
Haven't tried but I came across this one: https://lesindustriesgroom.com/collections/rasage Their english site doesn't seem to work Also Crown Shaving Co I don't think has been mentioned yet: https://www.crownshavingco.com/shave-products No puck soap but they have shaving cream, preshave, aftershave splash and balm

I have been enjoying the Henri et Victoria Cognac and Cuban Cigars. Great soap, nice slick lather, and a scent that is pure magic.
Highland Springs Soap Co out of Cranbrook BC. Haven't tried yet but I'm eyeing the Kootenay Blue. They also make a softer croap labeled as "premium" in single-note scents.
This is a pretty comprehensive list! The First Canadian (first owners, newer formula) is amongst my favourites for lather, and the Maximo Gomez is a great scent. Soapy Bathman is well known here in BC. I did find the balm I had burnt my skin, for whatever reason. Prohibition Style was a really tough lather for me, but the scent was pleasant. Elvado isn't on this list. I had the Lime, it was ok, but not a repurchase for me. I have ordered a Maol Grooming Splash, but not the soap.
BC brush company Paragon Shaving sells a soap now, but it is listed as made in the USA... anybody know who might be making that for them? http://www.paragonshaving.com/soap
These guys also sell sample size pucks which is nice... shipping is a bit high through their site, but I ordered a few from Stone Field Shave Co and will report back. I ordered both beef and deer tallow, they also make a bear tallow soap.
My Purely Skinful samples arrived today, nice hard puck, generous size (24 g). Popped open the Fougere Mysterieuse (Beef tallow, discontinued scent?) on lunch break, mild pleasant smell, haven't lathered it yet. They also sell shave sticks so you know if I like the performance I'll be ordering a few of those
$17 Canadian is about $13 American which seems pretty reasonable for 3Oz. The "premium" soap is actually cheaper by volume as it's a 5Oz tub. Likely contains more water though since they describe it as soft. If you think that's expensive you should look at Midnight & Two or Tallow+Steel
