  1. Thanks, Patrick. The Minoras were included in something I purchased years ago.
  2. Thanks, Jimbo. I have to assume so.

  5. Funny thing you ask. My father went to school and got his degree in Chemical Engineering. While working as a research chemist, he went to night school and completed his Masters in Business Admin. Later because of his decades in the Army Reserves, he went back to school and completed the course of study and worked as a Registered Nurse. His specialty? Behavioral Disorders. He liked the Psych Ward for the challenge, and the patients were mostly just sick in the head, not dripping fluids or carrying communicable diseases. I got plenty of odd looks from him back when there was a Soap Pass Around Box couple years ago. Taught me to keep my Shave Obsession to myself. I did let be known I had The Traveling Box, but gave away no specifics so there'd be less questions. So I've been given the stink eye for my "odd behavior" but it's a clean hobby so no one has hauled me in for a 10 Day Evaluation. Yet. There's still a few blade holders on My List but I don't visit the bay looking for them. Stumbling across 3 Single Rings was Baji Naji - fortune & chance. I'd laid the ground work having cruised that antique store no more than once per month. The owners name is Rick, too. Not sure if he remembers we share that. I could just be "that weird razor guy".
  6. Thanks Clint
    Yeah well....
It's not bad, really, but there it is.

  12. Had a great day yesterday at the meetup with some really good people. Thanks to Rod @ezlovan from Stirling we had a great soap and aftershave, Jason @jtspartan for creating an amazing le brush, Neil @NCoxSTL who provided the cartel sanctioned cookies and also a gift card for more Stirling products, Keith @Keithmax for bringing really nice fans from South Korea, and Adam @Drygulch helping me acquire more hardware and software for my various ads. Was finally able to meet the infamous cookie rebellion leader Randy @BaylorGator, also met jim @jluc and his wife, and saw Charlie @wristwatchb and his wife, and Chris @Bama Samurai the man who started the group we all call home. I only wish I would have been able to attend the dinner as planned. 9A9EC2A0-8DFB-415D-89FA-0B2BF60041E0.jpeg

  15. Thanks guys. Kathy and I sure had a blast with everyone at the meet up. I did some serious damage on some smoked beef brisket at dinner, and I even sampled a few (very real) Cartel cookies today. :)
