Very nice, Joe. I like the Piacenza as well. AdP clones are tricky. The RRXXX, imo, smells more like the original, but the Stirling is a better soap.

The end of another weekend that was entirely too short. At least I was able to get an excellent shave to start the work week. The SOC mixed knot whipped the Shiloh into a wonderful slick lather. I absolutely love this scent. I really need to get the ADP Colonia so I can appreciate the real thing. Three passes and touch ups ended in a drama free BBS shave. A splash of the matching aftershave and I am off to fight traffic. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

Good morning!

Terrific shave to start the day! Two tentative passes with the pain stick from @Keithmax. I could have called it CCS and walked away. The Wunderbar hadn't been put away yet so I went ahead and did a third pass with it. Still a couple of rough spots, back to the CJB for some touch up. You guessed it, I got myself on the chin. A tiny slice that stopped with a cold water rinse but there was Blood on Steel.

Speaking of Blood on Steel, the Stirling was Stirling. A nice cologne scent that received approval from SWMBO.

I brought out a birth razor today and I have to admit the little Flare Tip did an excellent job. I actually completed one pass on the cheeks and necks with the Univinlions. Just took it nice and slow and I did not cut myself. I finished the second pass and few touch ups with the Flare Tip.

I cannot compliment the Fine soaps enough. Fine soaps are solid performers. Finished up with Nivea post balm and a splash of Clubman Classic.

Snake Bite appears to be the Fine soap of choice for TSD members(majority of us, anyway).

Have you seen Chris Bailey's Fine ads on Youtube? I saw the one where he tests ALL the Fines and says the same thing at the end.of each brand."Fine.....get it".
