Well. I am have to go now. Things to see and people to do. Might be back on sometime tonight.........
Time for some Jeckyll and Hyde: Hilariously funny: this ebay item...:rofl Not so funny: I may've just accidentally broke my toe :shocked003 (no, the two events are not related...)
How'd you achieve the toe-wound? And I'm guessing that seller's got a bone to pick with collectors, and maybe B&B in particular? At least he isn't trying to pass it off as an 195.
Razor: that guy's crazy anyway, but apparently has a beef with Art Toe: was playing with the kids, went to kick my leg over my daughter, when suddenly the wall jumped out and hit me in the foot....after some time, I think the toe is intact, but is a nice shade of purple, and I'm going to have to fix the trim on the wall
So I just went to check that eBay link Jim. Is the price a joke too?!? Has to be. Ok, weekly chat is up. For some reason my wife has a calf head in our freezer. I need to find out what that's about. Eeesh! Gotta get to it. Catch you all later.
Afternoon all. Have been lurking and not saying much for a couple days. It's nice to at least have a life to live vicariously through the HYD gang. :thanks Rolls, great prices - great posts. We're all idiots for not jumping on them; the MWF and OS mug is especially awesome. Laughed pretty hard at that ebay listing. I'm sure it's way offensive to someone out there, as it was intended to be. (Hope your toe quits hurting soon, Jim - loved the cowpi). Shep... yeah the price is a joke, actually more of a jab. Jen, I'm with you - Macs are like the sunshine after a gentle spring rain... Go for it, Rolls! Work's been keeping me hopping, but that's a good thing, Slept late today, going to grab a shave (really need one) and then will head back to work for a bit. I'm going to shave a cheek witht the pipe razor and that should be fun. Also (just to change everything at once) it'll be the first trial of the :signs021 goldennib knotted everready brush. :signs021 Like a good geek, I'm hoping to be at work when the magical yearly pi moment rolls around in a couple of hours!
I have looked at Macs before, but at the time they just did not offer the particular options I was after. That has been a few years ago though, so they more than likely have big high def screens now.
Back again. Picked up some unscented KMF cream from the local Kroger. New one is the largest Kroger in the state. At first glance, the shaving needs aisle has more *women's* shave goo than men's. They also have a special going on DE blades. Store brand, pack of 10 blades for $1. Arch is kinda different. They don't do the new release every six months that the big boys do. They do a rolling release system, so as long as you update regularly, you're as up to date as the next guy, even if his initial install was years before or after yours. They also don't foist a lot of unnecessary garbage on you. If you don't wan't pulse audio (ick, argh, blech), you never need to install it.
Don't need one. By the time I'm thirsty, it's long since finished it's tasks and I've moved on to other things.
I hate it when walls and furniture do that! half a calf head in your freezer? Where is the other half? Do you really want to know? Well been outbid on the one razor.. May wait until just before it ends to bid again. However, I am not holding my breath on that one at all.
Definitely, I really don't see how you can beat a mac. The hardware is better, they look nicer, I've never seen a laptop with better speakers and now that they use intel processors you just can't beat it. Duel boot is great, on one side I have all my school work, social apps, WoW, my every day stuff and then on my windows side I can put all of my gaming with none of the extras I keep on my mac side which leads to better gaming performance.
