Shave #2 with the Parker Slant. Perhaps even better than yesterday’s shave. It has been a pleasure shaving with it and the Taconic shave cream has been an eye opener. It has been an excellent performer from scent to post. Nit picking perhaps is the overall finish of the head as you can see molding and flashing marks on it. I’m just a spoiled knucklehead when it comes to the high quality finishes on todays modern razors. This thing brings it for very low $$$ outlay and punches much higher than it’s weight. A great evening and great shaves to all...

    Just the Basics June!!

    Razor - Edwin Jagger DE89l
    Blade [IMG] (3)
    Soap - Tabac
    Brush - 2019 30DC Meet-Up LE
    Post - Alum

It's Tabac Tuesday! It was a busy and quite successful day. Seems like the bad ju-ju that I fought last week has lifted and that' good news! Time to get out the new LE brush and introduce it to Tabac. The razor and blade definitely have another go left in them so it was all about getting the SynBad loaded and getting that face lather to perfection. Once I had that done, which was incredibly easy, it was all about just relaxing and getting into the zen of the shave. I needed a bit of a slow down and three passes did the trick. They also brought me to a near-BBS shave and that's just fine.

Speaking of this brush - I posted on Sunday the process for owning one. I have 7 brushes available and one handle only. These are fantastic brushes, made out of Poculi, also known as Red Zebrawood, and handcrafted by our own @jtspartan . I shouldn't have any left by now yet.....they are. PM me for details.

Hope your Wednesday is as good as my Tuesday was!
