Yeah, I guess that's a ways for you....Wow, glad to hear it's still there. We spent many a night chatting it up over "So I Married An Axe Murderer" sized cups of java....

I am actually losing some weight..try to walk a few miles a day.. does wonders for my sugar level and all.. I want to get off all those meds.. one way or the other I will.

Thanks,.,.., it is really not that hard... I use to get up an hour early to get a walk in the morning.. ment getting up at 0300 instead of 0400. Could have been a little later but I have to leave time for the morning shave. Just takes some commitment.

 

Alright peeps. Time to get down the highway and hit the gym. Then home to collapse on the couch. Breaking Bad is on tonight! I'll check back later...maybe.

I take 2 to 3 meds a day for my pain. Wish I didnt have to but tried to not take them with disasterous results.
