I really like the Sansa lineup of personal media devices. I have my e280 8 GB player, with a 2 gig micro-SD, but when I decided I needed more storage, I went with a Zune 80 (of course, 6 weeks later they debut the 120......:angry032)
having been anti-Ipod for nearly ever since they came out - not because of the device, but because of all the friggin' advertising, and everything for years being "I-this" and "I-that", really annoyed - I actually gave them a fair trial of what I thought. They're a fine player, they're just not the top of the heap that Apple wants you to believe. Do I believe the Zune is much better? No, it's not significantly better, but it beat the Ipod - UI is better, sounds better, more features, yes I actually use the radio, much more value per $ than Ipod, and cost less, too.
Here's a couple of links for you to check out, though, lots of good advice in these pages. Archos and Iriver make some of the best stuff, but I'm super-happy with the Sandisk line, they just don't (yet) have the storage capacity I was looking for with the Zune.

Sorry.... I have some NEW razors, but no guarantee they are the late NEW versus early NEW. I don't have that info learned yet. I don't have a Sheraton/Senator and my Aristocrat is a 47. I think Noobshaver had a sheraton/senator he wanted to trade for something else a while back.

I like my sensas as well. Currently I use a 4 gb Clip. However, I haven't tried any of their larger models.

I have facebook but I'm not leaving HYD. There's been some drama in my office due to facebook. Coworker's position is being cut- they've started some negative comment threads on facebook. So I'm staying away from that site. That, and I like the low tech, basic feel of this site. So you guys won't be the only ones around...

Nope. Me neither. Most of my online time is spent at a computer where FB is blocked. I really only signed up over there just to see it. Reconnected w/ a couple HS friends. A few from here as well. It holds no huge allure for me. Ray likes it because he's so darned popular!

They're pretty close. If the weather is nice and you've got some time to kill, it's a nice stroll across the river. If you don't have excess time, then you can take one of the trains (can't remember which one) which will get you to within a blocks distance.

That is what I am thinking. Wife and daughter have the day at American Girl Place package on Sunday which should take a good three hours. It looks like about a 20 minute walk each way. I will go through Water Tower Place, but I am much more interested in hitting Merz.

Good mid-morning to alla yinz n'at. Headed downtown to get a haircut this am. Spring break 'round here, so the downtown and campus area was practically deserted.

That slim case auction is sitting at 6 cents with 4 days still to go. Would be just what I need, but the private auction setting is raising all sorts of red flags.

That's not my intention. To me it's more of an, "If you're on Facebook, here's where you can find your buddies from TSD" kind of thing.
