    Glad you're all ok.
Had a car do that, the gas line got a hole in it sprayed, gas right on the distibuter cap. Instant fire, me and another person stopped, ran out of the thing, watched it burn. Total loss, and it happened so fast.
It was a Chrysler with a slant 6, Chrysler Volaré.
    You guys are lucky.
    Oh man.

Thanks, I just do not like a fuel tank with a bottom outlet with just a grommet and a fitting through the grommet. I would have thought these tanks were threaded. If I would have know this I would have replaced these grommets before now. The one that came out appeared to have split and come out of the tank.

So....in my opinion.....I'm the last guy to ask on this. I've not ventured but a few times astray of having the same brand and fragrance SS/SC and then AS. I watch what's posted from the 30DC and the 'What Straight' thread. This was a try. I thought it worked, and wifey agreed.

My only comment is that the Myrsol Limon doesn't have staying power. Couldn't tell past 2-3 hours. Sounds like that is common among blends that are mainly citrus. Not sure what it is with my body chemistry, but the Fougere blends, last 6, 8, 12....yes 12 hours. Many of the sandalwood fragrances, a close second, 6-8 hours.

    That sounds bad.
Think I would call the manufacturer on that one.
Seems dangerous in this part of the woods.

Thanks Terry, what scared me was my right hand was on fire because the mower ran out of gas and when I screwed the cap off of the LH tank that is when it ignited. I jumped off of the lawn mower and got my hand put out. What was going through my mind was a friend at work that burnt himself real bad and spent several months in a burn unit. It can happen real fast. Just thankful it was no worse.

Glad you managed to limit the damage. Most importantly you weren't badly hurt.

The new mowers are completely redesigned. The tanks are down low in the machine and the fuel is drawn from the top of the tank.

It is amazing how fast a fire can consume something.

Thanks Clint, equipment can replaced but my skin is a little more valuable. What is bad is when I had to come back over to my house and tell my son that his lawnmower had caught fire. His first words were...............your kidding right. Take care.

I agree Blair. I just gave up on trying to understand all the choices. I really like the color of this Paladin brush. I would like a Paladin Moe in an equally vibrant color. I did have a great meeting with my client and then a wonderful lunch and visit with my Mom.

Missed this one....catching up. Very nice image and gear Jason!

    Thank you Bill!

Nice shave, image and gear as always Gary!

Hot here too (Dallas area)...ugh. Driving around with wifey today and the car outside thermometer said 104. While technically not the hottest I've seen it, still hits you in the face when you walk out of a highly air conditioned store! Oh....great shave Robert! And....hmmm. Like the CF SC, might have to revisit their EDP options. Maybe their Lime version would have some staying power.

Awesome write up, gear and everything Charlie. It's always a good time for coffee!! We have that as one of those knick knack signs in our kitchen :eatdrink013:
