  1. Humans? There are Humans here?!?!
dadgum Homo Sapiens, think they can join any online forum they please....
who do they think they are, people?
  2. I'm trying to get my AD under control ;)
  3. 2½ pages later...and I realize I missed that part before letting you know about my slim....oh well...

1st day on the street went well, fairly busy, which I like....

how's everyone? miss anything big or important? Like Rolls burning down his house while prancing around in a wolf's head hide and his skivvies while making s'mores? :D
  4. I think I know why Doug's been MIA....he may have forgotten internet service to his wikiup!
  5. I feel the same. My Tweezerman may not be super fancy silvertip and all that stuff, but it whips up a really nice lather in no time at all. I don't have any kinda desire to spend more money on a brush collection (thank god). Besides, I can't afford another AD.
  6. Hi All,

Home for lunch inhalation, then right back at it for another extended afternoon at work. We're so close to being done with this project! I'm hoping to get home by 7 tonight. That should be fun! If I'm lucky, I'll even get time to go grocery shopping! :happy102

No real reason, Bong... you were just a close target and you've been kinda quiet (read BUSY) lately. Of course I should have waited until I actually knew where you were headed for your vacation! :ashamed001 How's your back holding up?

Huh... I didn't realize that there was a meteorological Spring too. I like to balance eggs on the Solstices ;)
    Hope you're feeling better now!

Me too, me too, me too!!! ::angelic004

    *wave back*

I do that when I see fountain pens in movies. It's fun to try to figure out what brand they are, and if they're appropriate for the period. I suppose now I'll start doing it with shaving stuff too. My dear wife will be amused, I'm sure...

Okay, enough multi-quoting for one day. See y'all tonight...
  7. To further clarify my point about brushes I wasn't meaning to infer these cheaper brushes are no good. If you feel the Tweezerman or Burma Shave is comfortable and works then great. My point was for me the Kingston and CEBBB had issues that prevented them from being good or comfortable. That's all. You get it. ;)

Co worker started talking about KFC over here and now he planted the seed for dinner tonight. Not that I'm a huge fan of KFC, I think there's other chicken that tastes better. What I dig about them is their biscuits. Man those things are good; drench them in that honey they give you. Oh yeah, I could eat a whole box. :p
  8. Fried Chicken... :drool
    this is my fave:
    ezell's

    THE EZELL'S STORY

Ezell's Famous Chicken was started over 20 years ago, and is a family-owned and operated business.

The story began when Ezell got out of the Coast Guard in 1978, having come to Seattle from Texas. Shortly thereafter, he called his boyhood friend Lewis, while Lewis was still in the Army. Together they decided that, after Lewis left the service, they'd start a business making chicken like they used to back home in Texas!

Ezell and Lewis saw their mission as simple:
Provide FRESH high-quality chicken and GOOD homemade side dishes, served with FAST courteous service. In short, Ezell's had to be Fresh, Good and Fast!

It took Ezell six years of night school and waiting for funding, but finally on February 3, 1984, Ezell and his wife Faye, along with Faye’s brothers, Lewis and Darnell Rudd, and Ezell’s brother, Sam Stephens, opened the first store in Seattle’s Central District at 501-23rd Avenue, across from Garfield High School. Since then they've been living their dream of owning and operating a successful chain of fried chicken restaurants.

Ezell knew he had a product that the public would love. His recipes called for using high quality ingredients and preparing everything fresh daily. All he had to do was get them to "just try it once," and they would return for more.

Ezell's has since become a household name in Seattle with many loyal customers. It currently operates at locations throughout the Seattle area, and the company is actively expanding to bring a location near you!

  9. I need opinions, is this cute?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Gothic-Lolita-C...ItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262#ht_1855wt_1167

My school runs an anime/gaming con every year and this year anime club is doing a maid cafe that I offered to be part of. There are going to be 4 of us in maid costumes and this is the one we all agreed on. Do you guys think it's cute or too slutty? It's completely custom so I'll probably get my skirt a little below the knee and wear it with knee high stockings that have big bows on them with black and white flats.
  10. What's that thing that goes around the middle that kinda looks tacked on? Maybe without that it's nice, but it's a little busy. In other words, more flesh, less mess.!
  11. Jen, it sounds OK. However, once you get the frilly school girl outfit out, certain minds are gonna go where they are gonna go no matter what. At the length skirt you are talking I would think it would be cute on you.
  12. What's wrong with slutty?

C'mon! Somebody had to say it!!! :D
  13. Do you mean the ties where the waistline in cinched in? Those probably give it the shape.
  14. I'm not sure what you're looking at? the bow? the sleeves or the little corsety thing?
  15. Well it is a college anime/gaming con. I don't see how this would be too slutty. Slut is expected to a degree, is it not*?

*note - I have never been to an anime/gaming con, so what do I really know?
  16. After looking at it closer, i see they're oversized sleeves. For some reason it looked like something that wrapped around the whole deal.
  17. Yeah it's suppose to be a little slutty but not super slutty. I think it does a good job of being sexy while not showing too much skin
  18. There are some very slutty outfits out there that stem from some of the anime outfits. If my brain were working, I'd hunt them down.

  20. And see that is why I was thinking that you were going to be more cute and less slutty than the gambit of outfits.
